Trevor joined Big Sky Living in 2019 bringing with him a wealth of experience. He is a highly motivated leader of large and complex organisations and has a track record of delivering high performance, improved productivity and innovation. Previously, he has worked in senior positions at the UK’s 5th largest airport, local government at both district and unitary levels, a national housing provider and as an RAF officer.
A family man, Trevor loves spending time with his children and grandchildren and also enjoys time with his wife on their allotment. For fun and relaxation, he loves to run along the lanes of Norfolk.
Sandra has a background in economic development and regeneration and was Chief Executive of South Norfolk Council for 10 years, so knows the county well. She drove a commercial focus through the organisation, including setting up a number of trading companies.
Sandra was Chair of the Chief Executive Group of the District Councils’ Network from July 2015–2017 - the representative body of all 201 district councils in England - and worked closely with central government to shape policies particularly around growth, planning, housing and prevention.
She also sits on the board of a number of organisations that includes the Sapientia Multi Academy Trust, Big Sky Property Developments Ltd and the Norfolk fundraising board for Cancer Research UK. Away from work Sandra enjoys theatre, music and sailing on the Norfolk Broads.
Spencer joined Big Sky Living in 2017 as Development Project Manager and became a Director in 2018. He is a qualified quantity surveyor and specialises in managing mixed use developments and commercial properties.
With 30 years in property he now uses his experience and drive to manage the Big Sky Living team, delivering more than just a home!
In his spare time, Spencer loves spending time with his family. He also volunteers in his local community and is Chairman of his local scout group. To ‘let off steam ‘he enjoys nothing more than running in the Norfolk countryside.
Stuart has been with Big Sky Living as a non-Executive Director from the beginning and played a key role in its inception. A Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience, he runs a niche consultancy practice providing advice to clients in both the private and public sectors on all matters residential and commercial development.
When not busy with property development Stuart enjoys running, golf and is a long-term Norwich City season ticket holder, so is familiar with life’s ups and downs.
Peter is an experienced finance and operational professional with a strong commercial focus in both the private and public sectors, including central government and local authority, financial services and offshore industries. He has proven leadership skills which involve managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives. Peter also possesses first-class change management and problem-solving skills with a dedication to maintaining high quality services. He’s currently a Corporate Director and CFO at a Local Authority.
Peter’s passion is local amateur football and he has been involved at grassroots level in a youth coaching and managing role for over 15 years.
Julie is a qualified accountant with experience in both public practice and public sector organisations working in various finance and audit roles. She was appointed as Company Secretary in February 2017. In her spare time, she enjoys dance classes and is a leader of a local Brownie pack.
