Trevor joined Big Sky Living in 2019 bringing with him a wealth of experience. He is a highly motivated leader of large and complex organisations and has a track record of delivering high performance, improved productivity and innovation. Previously, he has worked in senior positions at the UK’s 5th largest airport, local government at both district and unitary levels, a national housing provider and as an RAF officer.
A family man, Trevor loves spending time with his children and grandchildren and also enjoys time with his wife on their allotment. For fun and relaxation, he loves to run along the lanes of Norfolk.
Spencer joined Big Sky Living in 2017 as Development Project Manager and became a Director in 2018. He is a qualified quantity surveyor and specialises in managing mixed use developments and commercial properties.
With 30 years in property he now uses his experience and drive to manage the Big Sky Living team, delivering more than just a home!
In his spare time, Spencer loves spending time with his family. To ‘let off steam‘ he enjoys nothing more than running in the Norfolk countryside.
Stuart has been with Big Sky Living as a non-Executive Director from the beginning and played a key role in its inception. A Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience, he runs a niche consultancy practice providing advice to clients in both the private and public sectors on all matters residential and commercial development.
When not busy with property development Stuart enjoys running, golf and is a long-term Norwich City season ticket holder, so is familiar with life’s ups and downs.
Peter is an experienced finance and operational professional with a strong commercial focus in both the private and public sectors, including central government and local authority, financial services and offshore industries. He has proven leadership skills which involve managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives. Peter also possesses first-class change management and problem-solving skills with a dedication to maintaining high quality services. He’s currently a Corporate Director and CFO at a Local Authority.
Peter’s passion is local amateur football and he has been involved at grassroots level in a youth coaching and managing role for over 15 years.
Julie is a qualified accountant with experience in both public practice and public sector organisations working in various finance and audit roles. She was appointed as Company Secretary in February 2017. In her spare time, she enjoys dance classes and is a leader of a local Brownie pack.
Gary joined Big Sky in 2019. He has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and is a Chartered Construction Manager and a Member of the association of Project Manager. His role is to ensure all our developments are delivered to the highest quality and to monitor & control our budgets.
When not looking at the ever changing regulations and for ways to improve our developments, Gary loves to spend time with his family, especially his granddaughter and following his favourite football team, Liverpool FC (up the reds).
David started working for Big Sky Living in 2017
With nearly 30 years in business development, he now uses his experience and expertise to manage a large portfolio of commercial premises and look after their respective tenants.
When not at work David is the Chair of is local community shop and loves all forms of motor sport
Tim joined Big Sky Living in 2020 and was instrumental in bringing forward our financial process' to enable the rest of the team to focus on delivering homes and commercial space whilst still looking after our customers.
Outside of work Tim loves nothing more than the sound of leather on willow. He can be found most summer evenings standing in a well cut field, listening to the distant peal of church bells, hoping for a Dolly and avoiding a Duck!
Alex started working for Big Sky Living in 2019 as an Assistant Commercial Manager and after a couple of years working in our commercial department he showed an interest in the construction and customer. He was promoted to our Residential Surveyor and is progressing at pace towards a qualification to enable him to become an Associate Member of the RICS.
When not ensuring that our customers are looked after he loves nothing more than spending time with his young family, cooking, socialising and playing on his guitar.
